Since 1999, Midway Manor has stood on nearly three acres in Coastal Georgia, complete with a privately stocked pond with lighted fountain and massive outdoor gazebo. Your reservation of the entire estate includes exclusive use of the 9,400 sq ft colonial manor, its seven-plus bedrooms, the grounds and the gazebo.
One guest party at a time. Never shared, never open to the public. Your guests wake up under the same roof.

Before You Book
Is an overnight stay required?
Yes. Every gathering at Midway Manor is part of an overnight reservation. We don't offer stand-alone daytime rentals.
How many guests can we have?
The manor sleeps 30 overnight. Up to 40 total guests are included with your stay, with a maximum of 49 indoors at any time. Up to 150 can join outdoors with the gathering package and approval.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours begin at 10 PM so neighbors and your overnight guests can rest.
Can we use confetti or glitter?
Please don't. Confetti and glitter aren't permitted anywhere on the property.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Outside and licensed vendors are welcome, subject to a quick introductory conversation with us. We're also happy to share our list of preferred local caterers, tent, dance floor and decor partners.
Do we need portable restrooms?
Only for larger gatherings, to protect the septic system: none up to 40 guests, 1 unit for 41 to 75, 2 units for 76 to 125, and 3 units for 126 to 150.
Where do guests park?
Gatherings over 40 guests need a parking plan coordinated with us before your stay.
Is Midway Manor open to the public?
No. Midway Manor is a private estate rented to one guest party at a time, and every gathering is a private, invitation-only occasion hosted by you.
