Now that you have processed your booking cancellation, you should receive a refund within the next 5-7 days back to the card with which you initiated your payment.

• Full refunds are only given if a reservation is cancelled beyond 15 days of a scheduled booking arrival.
• If you requested a cancellation of your reservation within 15 days of your arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
